What's a good alternative to TradeCert?

If you're one electrician who also quotes and invoices, Zappy does certificates plus quotes, invoices and card payments for £7.99 a month, with a free plan to start. If you run a team that edits certificates together, TradeCert is built for that and Zappy isn't yet.

Is Zappy cheaper than TradeCert?

Can I move my certificates from TradeCert to Zappy?

Not automatically. Zappy doesn't import certificates from other apps. The simplest way is to finish open jobs where you started them and do new jobs in Zappy. Keep the PDFs you have already issued for your records.

Does Zappy work offline like TradeCert?

Not fully. Zappy saves drafts on your device when there's no signal and syncs them when you're back online. TradeCert lists full offline working for most of its certificate types. If you often test with no signal, that matters.

Can my team use Zappy?

Not yet. A Zappy account is for one electrician. TradeCert adds users at £7 a month each, with office users free and live editing on the same certificate.
