Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It's free for good, with no card needed. You get a set number of quotes, invoices, certificates and AI actions every month, and they reset on the 1st.
What happens when I reach a free limit?
Documents you've already issued stay yours to open, send and download. You can upgrade to Pro there and then, or carry on when your allowance resets next month.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Start Pro and you get every Pro feature free for 7 days. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. After that it's £7.99 a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and Pro runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then you're back on the free plan with all your documents.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. It's month to month with no setup fee.
What does unlimited AI mean?
Use voice to quote, board scans and test sheet scans as much as normal work needs. A fair-use ceiling only stops extreme use, and we tell you as you get near it.
Do I pay to quote on local jobs?
Local jobs are live in South Yorkshire, with more areas coming. On both plans you pay Zapps only when you choose to quote, and you see the cost before you do.
Do I need to be registered with a scheme?
No. Anyone can use the quotes, invoices and certificates. Registration only matters if you want to quote on local jobs through Zappy.
